Q: How do I make a booking?

A: Please fill the relevant inquiry form online, and send it to us. Once the inquiry form is received, one of our experienced staff will contact you to fully discuss your needs and to proceed with the booking.

Q: How do I pay for the booking?

A: You can pay us by cheque or direct deposit into our trust account (Account details will be provided during your booking)

Q: Can I make changes to our plans / itineraries?

A: Certainly you are able to make changes. We have a very flexible and patient team working together with you to make your experience as pleasurable as possible.

Q: Which coach features and services do you provide?

A: We deal with a wide range of coach and bus companies. These coaches are seat belt equipped, air conditioned and include additional features such as a TV/DVD player.

Q: What types of accommodation venues do you provide?

A: We deal with a range of accommodation venues. These accommodation venues offer a wide range of facilities. Please speak to our friendly team who can recommend the most appropriate venue/s to cater for your needs.

Q: Do you provide curriculum and syllabus links to excursion venues?

A: Yes, we do our best to provide curriculum and syllabus links to a majority of our excursion and attraction venues. Our dedicated team includes educational specialists. They have the background knowledge to assist you with linking your excursions to the syllabus, and achieve maximum outcomes.

Q: Do you provide Risk Assessments?

A: Yes, we do endeavour to provide you with information that will assist you in completing Risk Assessments for a large majority of our excursion and attraction venues. Our dedicated team includes educational specialists. They have the background knowledge to assist you with venue Risk Assessments. Please ask to speak to our education officer regarding any queries. Please note that we will do our very best to assist you in completing Risk Assessments but we do not take responsibility for development and the management of the assessments.

Q: Do you provide facilities for wheel chair access?

A: Yes, we do liaise with a number of coach and accommodation companies that do provide facilities for wheel chair access. You will be required to complete this information on the booking form, so we can ensure these needs are met prior to your travel.

Q: Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

A: Yes, we do cater for special dietary requirements. Please complete this information in the booking form, so we can ensure these needs are met prior to your travel.

Q: Can you organise the Government Rebate on our behalf?

A: We are more than happy to supply and assist you with the application form. However please remember that we are not responsible for the submission of relevant documents and the approval of the rebate.

Q: Why should you travel with us, when you could organise it yourself?
